This house was designed to provide a peaceful retreat after a busy day in New Orleans. You'll find handcrafted furniture and art made by local New Orleans artisans and a lush private backyard complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower. The house also has access to a shared heated pool. There is a fence gate directly from the backyard to the outdoor pool area.

The Neighborhood:
The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Driving & Walking Times:

Downtown/Warehouse District: 3 minute drive
French Quarter: 6 minute drive
Garden District: 5 minute drive
Superdome: 4 min drive

Parking: There's free on-street parking and you’re allowed to park overnight.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back door of the house. These are exterior only.

Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.

Monday and Thursday morning hot tub cleaning: On Monday and Thursday mornings (usually between 8am-11am) someone comes to check the chemicals in the hot tub and water the plants.

Great place to stay and in the perfect location to the conference center. Loved the bathing amenities and the shower especially. The outside area was quaint and nice to hang out.

Amazing close to everything home

This house is beautifully upgraded! Close walk to St Charles Avenue with tons of restaurants and convenient stores!:)Awesome private backyard space with hot tub and shower and large screen TV. Private shared pool is also so great! Will stay here every time we come back to town!

Great stay!

Sam's place was perfect for our group of 10 friends. The house was spacious, clean and perfectly located just a short ride to the French Quarter and other attractions. We definitely appreciated having a hot tub and a pool and used it daily. Communication was quick and easy. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. There were 8 of us and there was enough space for all. It was awesome coming back from daily activities to relax in the pool or the hot tub. The owners were very responsive and informative with all the information needed.Only about a 10 minute drive from the French Quarter and the streetcar is about 2 blocks away if you don’t want to drive.I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay that’s close to everything but not right in the think of it

Spring break visit

We loved the house and the location. Very convenient to everything. Owner repo ded fairly quickly tho didnt always understand the issue. Beds were comfortable, lots of dishes and cooking supples, grill was great and pool very warm, there were 7 of us and we definitky will use the house again when we come back.

Christmas in New Orleans

My stay was absolutely phenomenal! Sam was very helpful as far as helping us figure out how to unlock the door, to providing us with a late checkout! He always answered any and all messages with a great prompt and was very nice. We went with family for a short vacation before our holidays commenced and it was an amazing getaway! The house was beyond gorgeous and spotless I might add, we definitely felt as if we were in a five-star hotel. Everything was prepared perfectly for our arrival, and the house was so close to bourbon street which made it very easy for us to venture out and about. Overall the stay was just what we needed and well worth it!

Great spot for larger crowd!

This spot was a gem! I am from New Orleans and decided to have a smaller bridal shower here. It was perfect. It’s a tiny bit smaller in person than the pictures but the rooms and bathrooms are amazing. I love the outdoor space that’s private. The jacuzzi was a bit dirty when we went to use it, but mainly just leaves. Communication was great with the host and they allowed me to have my get together which was so special! The surrounding area is a bit sketchy, but the street itself is very quiet. We felt pretty comfortable and safe at the location we were at. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space, short walk to popular areas

Beautiful space! While it was a pretty short walk to popular areas (15-20 minutes), the immediate neighborhood was a little run down with frequent loud construction. Seems like the area is getting built up which is good. Only other small complaint is the hot tub was really dirty but I think someone came to clean it on our last day. Overall, had an awesome stay and the property managers were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great NOLA space for group

We really enjoyed our time in NOLA and so appreciated having space for family in the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! The beds were super comfy, the dining and living room were good open space, the back area is cute (we didn’t use it much because of humidity, but could be great many times of the year). The bedrooms have just enough space for a bed. The kitchen was mostly stocked and great for serving people w lots of plates and glasses. Responsive hosts too! Highly recommend!

Great rental!

Home is clean and the amount of bedroom space is perfect for those traveling with extended family. Hot tub space is great in backyard! Internet service is decent at best, and location is questionable but overall it was a great stay.
