Perfekte Lage, 10 min. Gehweg zu einem herrlichen Strandabschnitt, kleiner Pool mit Cafe/Restaurant. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Rand einer Appartementsiedlung, Supermarkt ist ca. 1.5 km entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig mit einem grossen überdachten Balkon. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus.
