The original owner had the house registered as a squirrel hospital -- and was affectionately known as the Squirrel Lady's home. Fluid indoor outdoor living design with magnificent mountain views. Near running trails on the Arroyo and all the way to the Rose Bowl (6 miles). Walking distance to Downtown South Pasadena Mission Street and the Metro (Gold Line / L Line). 15 minutes from downtown LA; 40 minutes to Manhattan Beach.
