Amazing stay in this property

The view on the port is even more incredible in real than on the pictures, stayed hours having breakfast and chatting with friends on the terrace. The flat and the view definitely worth it. Super clean flat, great location (restaurants under the flat although not noisy at all - super calm at night) and 5 minutes away from the first beach and from bus stop to other beaches. Property super responsive always. Beautiful week end ☀️

Amazing view and best location

We had a wonderful week staying in this property. The biggest bonus was the location, with a beautiful view of the marina and just a couple of minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. The Alcudia Sea Trips leave the marina just in front of the apartment, which was our favourite day out. The apartment is also within walking distance to the Old Town and the HidroPark. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, air conditioned lounge/ dining area and the best shower! Many thanks!

Amazing stay in Alcudia

Stunning view on the port, beautiful to have breakfast with this view. Super clean flat, with amazing welcome package (wine and treats) and perfect location (5 minutes from the first beach and from the bus to other beaches). Property super responsive on check in details etc. Thanks for the stay! Maybe have access to one or 2 parasols in the flat that could be use when going to the beach (in case sun beds are not available) :)

Sea view from balcony was best

Perfect location to explore Alcudia and the rest of Mallorca. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the Harbour and boulevard, especially in the evening. There are several nice restaurant within walking distance. The appartement was really clean and spacious. The bedrooms are in the back of the appartement so there is no noise from the street. The building is a bit noisy, so you might here a noisy neighbour.

Perfect location!

The locatieontwikkelaar was perfect to explore Alcudia and the rest of Mallorca. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The appartement is spacious and very clean. The floor of the living room and kitchen is damaged (probably) due to water. This makes the appartement look a bit outdated. This is a shame because the rest of the appartement is very well taken care of.

Tolle Wohnung

Super Lage, gleich gegenüber der Haustür ein Supermarkt mit frischen Baguette. Gleich an der Promenade und auf der Autobahn. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe. Badtür hat nicht richtig geschlossen, ein Küchenschrank unter der Spühle war kaputt und das Sofa bereits sehr durchgesessen.

Feines Appartement am Hafen

Die Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer… traumhaft. Ein schönes Begrüssungspaket mit Wein und Keksen. Die Übergane war absolut unkompliziert. Kleiner Mängel sollte bleiben werden. Tür unter der Spüle kaputt, Dusche fließt kaum noch ab.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Appartement.

Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders schön war der Blick vom Balkon. Zudem empfanden wir die schnelle Reaktion von Ideal Property bei Fragen als sehr positiv. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Appartement tres lumineux avec magnifique vue sur le port d'Alcudia.

Soleil du matin au soir avec superbes couchers de soleil. Appartement tres central mais sans nuisance car donnant sur la promenade pietonne du port. Appartement decoré avec gout. l'equipe de Property Mallorca etait tres attentive du bien etre de ses locataires et toujours à l'ecoute. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un beau sejour sur Majorque.

Une vue vraiment agréable

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet appartement très lumineux et bien équipé. La vue sur le port est vraiment chouette, surtout au moment du coucher du soleil, on ne s'en lasse pas ! De plus, pas de bruit sur le balcon, juste le brouhaha de la rue (c'est une promenade piétonne qui sépare le port de l'immeuble). Le port d'Alcudia est une bonne base pour visiter l'île et on a beaucoup aimé la vieille ville (accessible en 20 mn à pied depuis l'appartement en prenant une petite rue dans un quartier résidentiel loin de la circulation). Plusieurs parkings gratuits à proximité de l'immeuble où il y avait toujours de la place en avril. On recommande ce logement.

Gute Domizil für Dezember Aufenthalt in Port d'Alcudia!

Blick vom Balkon und Lage generell sehr gut. Parkplatz war im Winter auch einfach zu finden auf dem kostenfreien Parkplatz von Port d'Alcudia. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Platz! Ein paar mehr frische Küchentücher wären hygienischer, außerdem wären Strandhandtücher noch super. Mehr Infos zur Müllentsorgung und auch mehr als eine Mülltüte wären gut. So muss man selbst neue Mülltüten kaufen oder wartet den gesamten Aufenthalt um den Müll zu entsorgen.

Emplacement idéal, appartement très propre.

Je confirme que l’emplacement est idéal, une vue magnifique, l’animation de la promenade en dessous, mais avec le calme à l’arrière, au niveau des chambres. Supermarché et boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons séjourné à la fin du mois d’octobre, nous avons eu suffisamment chaud dans l’appartement. Tous les restaurants et commerces étaient ouverts. Une plage magnifique à à peine 5 minutes de marche. Ideal Property a été disponible lors de nos questions. Des explications claires pour accéder au logement en toute indépendance (même heure tardive). Et surtout, l’appartement était parfaitement propre ainsi que le linge de lit. Si nous devions apporter une critique ce serait concernant les oreillers, le manque de lave vaisselle et le réfrigérateur trop petit.

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen, es ist ruhig gelegen und man kann fußläufig alles schnell erreichen. Das Apartment war genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Man hat genug Platz und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Schneidebretter, eine weitere größere Schüssel).

Tolle wohnung

Die wohnung hat eine super lage mit einen tollen ausblick. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Eine sehr unkomplizierte wohnungsübergabe. Hatte sogar snacks und getränke parad. Wir hatten eine sehr erhosame und schöne zeit und kommen wieder!
