To complete a booking, a deposit and signed rental agreement are required, which includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this property.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located up a small set of stairs. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

Parking: One covered carport space accommodates most vehicles, accessed via the rear alley. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

Great stay close to beach

We enjoyed a month long stay in January 2024. The house was perfect for my husband and me and another couple. The location of the property was great as it's just a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Few things to make our stay more exceptional would be better kitchen knives (instead of dull serrated knives) and more bath towels (only 1 per person).
