The updated, stylish home offers panoramic ocean views, privacy, and great outdoor living space. The interior has been painted throughout and is warm and inviting. The main floor offers an open-concept floor plan with vaulted wood beam ceilings, plush furnishings and TV with Roku and DVD player. There is also a TV in the main bedroom and downstairs apartment. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and offers stainless steel appliances, a sunny dining table, and patio access where you can also dine or enjoy your morning coffee with a view. Gas Fireplace warms the room with easy on/off switch

Downstairs the studio apartment is beautifully appointed with a comfortable mid century beach vibe and opens up to a new TimberTech large deck with quiet meditation area with hanging "egg" chair behind a privacy wall. The room has a separate entrance with a queen bed, a roll away memory foam twin bed, new kitchenette and new bathroom.

The gorgeous upstairs deck has a dining table, sun loungers, more relaxing seating, and a grill. A lower deck features more fun seating, grass space, and access to the apartment.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a separate apartment is located downstairs, making the home comfortable for families, couples, or groups of friends. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, plenty of clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom sleeps three with a twin bunk and an additional single bed. The separate apartment is recently renovated with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a TV.

Nearby excitement includes a quick 1.7-mile walk to the beach, beautiful views at Lampton Cliffs Park, and plenty of hiking trails at Fiscalini Ranch Preserve.

Close to great shopping in downtown Cambria, many terrific restaurants, Hearst Castle, renowned wineries, and beautiful central coast beaches. Easy drive to Big Sur, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Paso Robles.

California Delight

Wonderful view on the deck and the California light continues throughout the home. Very comfortable living and cozy. Kitchen has the basics and the stove and rangetop are wonderful. Bed is very comfortable and shower is very good. Fireplace adds a special warming. The owner shows much concern for your needs and is an excellent communicator. From the garage to Fiscalini is a short distance and great walks on the Bluff Trail and Forest Loop and others. We will be returning in a year … that should say a lot about satisfaction.

Serene beauty in a cottage by the sea

We are a retired couple who spent five winter weeks appreciating the spectacular sweep of ocean, sound of the waves, stars at night and the calls of birds in this south facing cottage. It was delightful drinking coffee on the deck each morning and enjoying the sunset show in the evenings. We experienced a wonderful storm and some drifting fog in addition to sunny days where we made use of the patio umbrella. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and conducive to lounging and stargazing. Indoors is simple and tastefully appointed. It’s clear an artistic sensibility is at work in the decor. The house is thoughtfully supplied and maintained. The neighbors are lovely. This is a quiet residential area with wonderful walks and activities in close proximity. Our family enjoyed the guest apartment below on several weekends. Use of the garage and the laundry room make this a home away from home. Communication with Ann, the owner, was easy and efficient. We loved it!

A Slice of Heaven

This was the best and most beautiful home I've ever found to celebrate a birthday, enjoy friends and family, and experience the peaceful coastal life. The property was extremely clean, location was perfect, wildlife in the front yard, and what a lovely experience for each of us! The property was perfectly described, well equipped, and we couldn't have asked for more. It was truly a slice of heaven that now exists in Cambria - and I can't recommend it highly enough! Can't wait for next year!!

The house was well stocked and the location was within walking distance to the beach if you don't mind a few hills. Ann was very receptive to any needs and the house was in excellent condition. I would definitely book this home again!

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from this comfortable, well-appointed home.

Two of us spent the month of March at this lovely Marine Terrace home overlooking the ocean. The spectacular views from the walls of glass in the living-dining areas will immediately capture one’s attention when entering the house. The large deck off the dining room offer additional opportunities to take in the views. An apartment on the lower level provides privacy for any overnight visitors and has an additional deck offering shade for outdoor reading or socializing on sunny afternoons. Despite the openness of the house and its proximity to neighbors the house and both decks are surprisingly private. The fully stocked kitchen is great for preparing meals at home, and a gas fireplace in the living room adds ambience and warmth on cool evenings. The owner was always available but never intrusive and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A Beautiful Retreat!

My husband and I spent 7 weeks enjoying every part of this wonderful house, the deck and the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook or bake any type of meal. The house was clean and is very nicely laid out with spectacular views and the beds are very comfortable. The darling little guest apartment was a hit with our friends. The deck was perfect for the sunrise, sunsets, star gazing and whale watching. One day we even saw a pod of dolphins dance by. I felt like I was at a retreat center the entire time we were there. This is a must stay beautiful place on the Central Coast.

A House with a View

When I think of my ideal peaceful, relaxing vacation, I think of staying in this home in Cambria. Located in a quiet neighborhood where deer roam is this unassuming house. But upon entering the front door you will be stunned by the amazing panoramic view of the ocean out of the floor to ceiling windows. Then step outside onto the deck where you can hear the seals at play. The home has wood floors throughout and high ceilings with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice pantry to store items you bring. I am a bit of a neat freak and this house passes the white glove test with flying colors. An added bonus is the downstairs guest apartment. We had friends that stayed for a weekend and they loved having their own "suite". From the house you can take a lovely walk that will lead you down to the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk. And if you like hiking there are many trails close by to explore. Our kids loved exploring the tide pools at the the nearby beaches. Ann, the owner, provides a notebook full of things to do and see in the area. Ann's best tip was not to miss the Farmer's Market in Cambria on Fridays. I don't know why this Farmer's Market is better than any others but it just is. Don't miss the Santa Maria style barbecue at the Linn's stand. Ann was so friendly and answered all questions we had promptly. She even had a little gift waiting for us upon arrival. Wow!

My wife and I have stayed in Cambria many times over the last 35 years. First time we've stayed a month. This was a great home base for us. The accommodations were terrific and all the amenities are there. The weather was perfect during our September stay, so the sunsets from the deck overlooking the ocean were spectacular! We experienced 25 picture perfect sunsets. We highly recommend this home for your Cambria vacation. In fact, we already have made our 2014 reservation.

We have stayed here for several years now. It's a beautiful home, well-appointed, stylish and always clean, and just the right size for our family; we use the downstairs for visitors (parents, friends who come up on weekends etc). This home has an unbelievable view and in the evenings, you can hear the seals calling in the distance. Absolutely perfect!

I have stayed in this lov...

I have stayed in this lovely home as a weekend get-away with girlfriends several times, and each time it gets better. The accommodations are lovely, the deck overlooking the ocean is so peaceful, and the surrounding area is filled with so many fun things to see and do. I look forward to our annual trips each year! I highly recommend this home to people who want a great vacation in a warm, relaxing and lovely location.

We love living in Southern California but Cambria is our oasis. We fell in love with Cambria the first time we vacationed in the area. It is a perfect location between northern and southern California. The town is a wonderful blend of a retirement, artistic and tourist community. Every time we go we discover something new but still love to do our old traditional hikes, tide pool visit and kayak trips. We crave the food at our favorite restaurants and the evening sunsets over the ocean from our living room window. Our home in Cambria is a relaxing mid century bungalow. We have just what the visitor needs, nothing more, nothing less. A relaxing, welcoming home.
