Plein centre et avec terrasse

Le sel bémol mais pas des moindres... le bruit du train qui frôle l'appartement nuit et jour...sans bouchons d'oreilles impossible de dormir sereinement

APPARTEMENT SPACIEUX AVEC TERRASSE

l'appréciation generale est bonne mais un bémol quant à l'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine : en tout et pour tout 1 petite casserole en bon état... dans la cuisine le fauteuil convertible en lit 1 personne dont nous n'avons pas eu besoin car nous étions 3, est endommagé....

Appartamento Francesca è in centro, in un bellissimo palazzo, a due passi dalla passeggiata sul mare. É pulitissima, funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Maria ci ha accolte dandoci ogni informazione di cui avevamo bisogno. È una persona molto disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, Camogli è davvero magica!!

Au coeur de Camogli

L'appartement est très bien situé et spacieux, entre plage, gare de train, commerces. La terrasse est un pur plaisir. La ville largement piétonne est très agréable. Petit bémol pour le passage des trains au bord de la terrasse, mais le cadre est tellement exceptionnel que l'on s'y habitue. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Gradevolissimo ma con un neo

Appartamento molto gradevole, centralissimo e comodo a tutti i servizi. Bellissima terrazza con parziale vista mare. L’arredamento purtroppo aveva subito diversi danni dagli inquilini che ci avevano preceduto. Unico neo l’estrema vicinanza ai binari ferroviari, che comunque non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno.

Die Bahn!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, das Bett bequem, das Wohn-Esszimmer gemütlich, die Terrasse riesig, super zentral gelegen."Italianita" Der Markt einmal in der Woche gleich vor der Haustüre, der einmalige dunkle Kiesstrand nach ein paar Treppen erreichbar, der Atem des Meeres wunderbar hörbar - nur die Bahn rumpelt knapp am Bett vorbei!

Great place to visit, but very noisy accommodation

Camogli is a must see place. The Sea # is very close, food is great, and the proximity to Genova is a plus. The accommodation though was loud due to the train which is 10 meters away of the bedroom.

Super Wohnung, aber viel zu laut

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut, mit einer großen Terrasse, liegt im Stadtzentrum, 5 Minuten bis Strand, sehr schön. Das einzige Nachteil - die Züge. Die Bahn ist weniger als in einem Meter von der Hauswand. Deswegen wenn ein xx fährt - es ist so wie Apokalypse. Man kann mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen und gut ist. Der Preis ist sehr günstig für die Lage und die Wohnqualität.

posto perfetto, molto vicino alla ferrovia

L'appartamento é veramente accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare e per viverci. La posizione é centralissima, con ristoranti, supermercato e bancomat e stazione a 3 minuti. L'unico neo é la vicinanza alla ferrovia: sul sito é chiaramente menzionato ferrovia a 10 metri, che tuttavia é un eufemismo, in quanto dalla terrazza si vedono (e si sentono) passare i treni a 5 metri. La sensazione di avere il treno in camera da letto é un po' spaesante all'inizio, poi ci si abitua. Consigliato a gruppi di amici

Could not wait to leave

Before I go any farther, I must say this apartment is not suitable as a rental for tourists to Camogli. And I seriously would advice anyone considering this apartment as a base for a week at the beach to look elsewhere immediately. My family spent a week here after renting another apartment the week prior. We booked at the last minute so there weren't many options available in town. We figured it would do for a week as we would be at the beaches most of the time anyway. Big mistake. The apartment building itself is adjacent to the train tracks and the noise from trains such as Italy's faster freccia trains was nearly unbearable and they occurred at all hours of day and night. Some trains are relatively quiet if they are local trains and they are stopping in town or on the farther track. But when a fast train comes by on the closer track (and I mean stone's throw away) the whole apartment would experience ear shattering noise and vibrations. Even the bathroom window would blow wide open from the wind created by the passing trains. We were not used to this level of noise and none of the family (2 adults and 2 kids) slept well the entire stay. I would think staying at this apartment may even be considered dangerous to those with a pacemaker or heart trouble because its a definite shock to the system. The apartment itself would be ok if it were located elsewhere although it is definitely not appointed as a beach rental. It had the feel of having been quickly converted to a rental after having been picked clean of personal belongings. No beach towels or anything remotely handy for the beach. The kitchen was spartan as basic necessities like a good cutting knife were lacking. Not to mention there was no light in the kitchen for cooking as the sun when down. We felt there had to be something shady with the electrical system as we popped the breaker for no obvious reason. Some items in the kitchen like the overhead lights and stove were not powered and there was a lamp in the main room appeared to have a melted switch. THe positive is that the apartment is overlooking piazza Schiaffino which is a main congregating area and bus stop. The supermarket is two minutes away and the beach is not far either. There is a terrace on the side and we did eat out here a couple times but you are truly eating with the trains. We will not be coming back.
