We stayed for eight wonderful days. The house was excellent. The host was gracious and checked in if we had any needs. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
We loved this place so much. A beautiful home with all amenities. Walk to pool and beach. Fabulous coffee and eats nearby. We will definitely recommend to friends and come back ourselves soon.
Our stay was everything we wanted and more. This is such a beautiful little community with amazing people everywhere you go. The casita was wonderful. Well stocked, great size and overall a perfect place for a family to stay. We appreciated the attentiveness of the host and all of the details being covered. We hope to stay again sometime!
Property is as described but there were a few basic items that were missing for a two week stay. Some of the items were no laundry soap, only a few garbage bags no dishwasher soap and only a couple of hand towels and facecloths. Dishwasher was working on and off. All this to say is that the place needed a few minor things that are a pain to buy when you arrive for a two week stay. And having them there makes your stay easier but on the other hand communication with the staff was always easy and they responded to our questions or our concerns
This was our first time in Loreto and it did not disappoint. It is a quiet area so if you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, this is it. The villa is clean and has everything you need. It would be nice if it came with some extras like bikes or paddle boards but for the price, the place was good. The patio furniture is not the best as it’s a bit worn.
Overall completely recommend!
All was great in our villa . The dishwasher was the only issue as it wasn’t working when we arrived. Luis contacted a repair company and it was fixed in a day. Unfortunately it did not clean dishes well so we had to hand wash a lot.
Location is very good with everything close by in the village. We play Pickleball and really enjoyed the group we met there.
A fun place to visit!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Nice two-story condo, maintenance lacking.
Inadequate supplies upon arrival (cleaning, bath, laundry, etc.); host was responsive. Dishwasher not working properly, kitchen faucet unsecured.
This place had so much charm and character.
Loved all the tile work. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and accommodating. The community itself was great. Great restaurants, pools, and of course the beach.

Muy buenas atenciones y muy limpio gracias atte José
From the very beginning communicating with Edgar has been a pleasure…any and all questions were answered promptly, suggestions made, etc. The property was just as advertised, clean, comfortable, quiet, more than adequately equipped. The kitchen had every gadget needed, (even plastic dishes and wine glasses, so you could use them upstairs on the patio)! Plenty of hot water, great towels and sheets, everything worked well…we didn’t use the BBQ…the lounge chairs were very comphy. The internet was great, TV a was a good size…did I mention the quiet!! The location of the casita is perfect…just behind the convenience store, closer to the golf course and out of the wind, very short walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops, beach, etc…in other words ‘perfect’!! The landscaping is ‘out of this world’, just beautiful…even on a windy day you could wonder at will for hours amongst the homes and not see the same scene twice…fantastic fountains and grottoes abound…what’s not to love!! We didn’t use the golf course but it was beautiful to walk around and all those who did use it were very pleased!! People were extremely friendly. (Hoping the dishwasher works better next year ;) ) Thanks for a great experience…we’re back next year for 3 months!!
Excellent location and fabulous property to enjoy Loreto Bay Village
Thank you Luis and team for making the accommodation in Loreto Bay Village a memorable experience. As advertised the casa was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.
Beautiful house:) excellent communication between property manager and myself.. very helpful )
The stay was amazing, place was clean and had everything we needed.
The experience with the security company was horrible… they seemed to have control issues and at every turn they we’re telling us we were not allow to do things.. for example my daughter was told not to jump in the pool ( the rules are no diving) no music at the pool during afternoon hours. I had a small glass bottle at my lounge chair and the security singled me out and told me no glass.. I agreed and apologized and immediately threw the bottle in the garbage.. I got an email saying anymore warning there will be fines 2nd on $25 USD, 3rd $50.. etc.
we rented a golf cart which made my daughters whole trip and we had nothing but issues of where to park, charge it.. one guard said one thing the other said another and again almost got a fine.
My parents have owned down in Loreto Bay for 11 years and we have never had Any issues until this last trip and I felt it was because we rented a place. My property manager is looking into to this and has said he will be making it right and make this known the harassment was unacceptable! I will not be returning to Loreto bay if the security company does not make some major changes and get off their power
Trip.
We arrived and the checking was as expected. The home is nicely appointed and had all kitchen gadgets we needed. The location is very convenient. Close to the mini market which is well stocked. No more than a 10 minute walk to any of the restaurants. Golf club is very nearby. The beach is about a 5 minute walk through the other homes which is quite enjoyable with all the nice landscaping. We look forward to our next stay.

I landed in Portland back in 2001 and love everything about it. This is one of the most vibrant small cities that I have seen and has two amazing attributes: big city scene (art, culinary, nightlife, etc.) and small town feel.
I've had the opportunity to travel and live in foreign countries since I was a high school student and never get tired of learning new things and meeting people. One of the things that I like the most about traveling is history and the local culture, whether it's Spokane, WA or Urgup in Central Turkey. The important part is to getting to immerse into the local scene and explore, learn and experience.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Loreto after a wonderful trip with local friends and decided that this will be our new home away from home to make new memories and friends.
What makes this property unique
Loreto Bay is a wonderful community with lots of charm and incredible scenery surrounded on one side by the Sierra Giganta and the Sea of Cortez with its immense beauty on the other side.
