About this property

House overlooking the sea and Malaga

This lovingly decorated house with a winter garden and an open terrace offers a beautiful view of the bay of Málaga. It is located on a hill near Rincón de la Victoria, 20 minutes by car from Málaga.

The location of the house is unique. Not far from Málaga and the sea, it offers breathtaking views of the bay of Málaga and the mountains in the hinterland lying on a hill.

It is a house decorated with attention to detail, with conservatory and terrace. There is a bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed, closed fireplace and dining area, a kitchen with gas stove and nice view when rinsing;), a bathroom with shower / WC.

You will always find a shady spot around the house, in front of the patio, or at the back of the terrace. It is a non-smoking house.

I am not in the house as soon as it is let. You will get the key and other information from a trusted person.

You can go hiking, jogging, or just sit on the terrace, enjoying the tranquility and the view from the house. And if it takes you to the beach, it's only a few minutes by car.

If you want to come with children, please ask before booking, as the house or the environment is only conditionally suitable for children.
Dogs are also welcome, but I ask you to inquire shortly before booking.

Loved it

This was such a peaceful stay. Its lowkey exterior hides a simple cottagey interior, great bathroom, and wonderful sundeck. Most of all it’s the views—just breathtaking, soothing. This was a great place to end our road trip vacation.

Beautiful view in private setting

We enjoyed our stay at this laid-back, rustic house with wonderful views of Malaga and the surrounding coast. A lovely little terra-cotta tiled porch awaits you at the rear of the property with sun-loungers and a table. A small courtyard to the front offers sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. No frills, just privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a self-catered stay. Ana, the owner, communicates very effectively from the start and makes the journey to and from the property effortless. The nearest town, Rincon de la Victoria, has a wonderful beach with plenty of good restaurants, very nice residents and a wonderful paseo that stands out in comparison to the very busy beachfronts of Malaga and Marbella that run parallel to a busy motorway. If you enjoy a book, music, wine, swifts flying overhead, wind through the pine trees and the sound of chicharras during the day, this property, a twenty minute drive from the airport, is for you.

Modest Home with a Great View

My wife and I spent 8 days at this property up the hill from Rincon de la Victoria, about 20 minutes east of Malaga. It is a modest home with a great view of the sea around Malaga. The sunset views are simply spectacular. The location is very peaceful since there are no adjacent properties. The road leading up to the property is pretty steep and curvy at times, but it is paved all the way and posed no problems. It takes about 5 minutes from the A-7 freeway. You park right outside the property. The home itself is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with crockery and utensils, apart from the lack of a microwave oven. The gas stove/oven is pretty finicky but if you don't intend to cook too much, it's obviously not an issue. There is no TV. We spent the evenings reading, for a welcome change from watching TV. The Internet worked perfectly the whole time. It can be pretty windy at the location, but the property has a furnished glassed-in veranda (we called it the "palacio de cristal"), which we enjoyed very much, mornings for breakfast and evenings for cocktails and reading. It is a great location for local excursions to places such as Nerja, Malaga itself, and the very pretty village Benalgabon (5 minutes away). You can also hike in the surrounding hills while enjoying fantastic views. Rincon de la Victoria is a town with everything you'll ever need, and multiple supermarkets including the huge Carrefour. It has a long a pretty beach walk with a lot of bars and restaurants. At midday, take a seat at a bar in the shadow, enjoy a glass of "fino" or manzanilla, and watch people walk by. Then, lots of places to choose from for lunch, or buy take-out and enjoy it at the house and then have a long siesta. Life can't get any better than that. We had some questions prior to arriving and the owner was quick at responding by email. Overall, we felt she really cared about us a real guests rather than "renters." Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If you don't want to stay at busy resorts and similar places with tons of people and noise, this is a great place to rewind in peace while enjoying the great views. Our 8 days went by too quickly and it was with sadness we left for our train ride back to Madrid and our long flight back to California the next day.

Sehr unkomplizierter Check in und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das Landhaus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und die Bucht von Malaga. Das Haus ist von der Ausstattung mindestens genauso gut ausgestattet wie das eigene... ! Es fehlt an nichts! Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist besonders hervorzuheben! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Lo mejor, las vistas. Lo peor, los bichos.

Los mosquitos nos han impedido disfrutar de estar al aire libre, porque nos acribillaban en cuanto salíamos fuera. Las hormigas aparecían a montones ante cualquier pizca de comida, incluso dejándola bien cerrada. En la casa hace muchísimo calor, es como un horno. Tuvimos que comprar un ventilador para conseguir dormir, además de espirales antimosquitos y una lámpara para ahuyentarlos, amén de lociones para protegernos.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Wir waren im August in der Finca. Es war bestes Wetter und man konnte die ganze Umgebung überblicken. Es ist manchmal windig, aber es ist nur eine laue Brise, die eher angenehm kühlt. Der Blick aufs Meer jeden Morgen beim Frühstück ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die uns an manchen Tagen das Leben rettete. Man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht: Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Sonnenliegen... Die Wasserversorgung ist sichergestellt, auch wenn man es nicht trinken sollte, was aber kein Problem ist, denn der nächste Lidl ist nur ein paar Kilometer weiter. Der hat einschließlich Sonntags bis 22 Uhr auf, sodass man auch nach dem Strandtag noch einkaufen kann. Für Paare oder kleine Familien zu dritt sehr zu empfehlen!

Genieten in het Spaanse achterland

Prima huis, compleet. Vooral het ouderwetse fornuis vonden we heel leuk. Omgeving is stil en je kunt ook vanuit het huis al goed wandelen. Het enig kan zijn dat er in de woonkamer misschien iets meer licht aangebracht zou kunnen worden. Het contact met Annerose verliep uitstekend en prettig!

Rust ruimte uitzicht

Fantastische ligging voor wie van rust en stilte en natuur houdt. Prachtig uitzicht tot de zee en Malaga. Mogelijkheid om vanaf het huisje in de bergen/heuvels te wandelen. Auto noodzakelijk voor boodschappen en strand/zee. Rincon in 10min te bereiken. Badkamer in orde, goede douche. Grote slaapkamer. Keuken basic maar praktisch en voldoende. Living een beetje donker en niet zo gezellig. Glazen veranda met geweldig uitzicht, ideaal om later op het seizoen (november) beschut van de wind te zitten en te genieten van de zonsondergangen. Zeer goed en vlot contact met eigenares Annerose. Pepe en Raquel ter plaatse zeer hulpvaardig. Huisje met veel hoekjes en kantjes om altijd ergens in of uit de zon of de wind te kunnen zitten. Alleen de doodlopende straat is qua zwerfvuil niet zo netjes en verwaarloosd. Aan het huis geen straatverlichting maar mooie sterrenhemels... Huisje alleenstaand maar niet afgelegen. Vanuit Rincon gemakkelijke busverbindingen met Malaga.

Herrlicher Ausblick

Das Haus steht an einem guten Ort mit Blick aufs Meer und in die Berglandschaft. Wer sich nach Ruhe und Entspannung sehnt, ist dort genau richtig. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wer das Abseits vom Touristenrummel sucht, findet hier was er sucht. Abgeschiedenheit und doch mit dem Auto in 10 Min. am Strand von Ricon wo was läuft. Einkaufen im Supermarkt mit dem Auto 15. Min. Super Erholungsfaktor vom überlasteten Privat- und Berufsalltag. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort auch wenn man kein Spanisch spricht. "HOLA" und ein freundliches Lachen genügen um zu kommunizieren.

Traumhafte Lage inmitten der Natue

Das Haus hat wirklich eine fantastische Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick über die Bucht von Málaga. Ausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man zum Kochen usw. braucht, fehlt es einem an nichts, um einen rundum sorgenfreien Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer einen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben viel Zeit auf den Sonnenliegen auf der Terasse verbracht und die Natur beobachtet. Sogar eine Herde Ziegen ist mit einem Hirten direkt am Gartenzaun vorbeigekommen. Das Haus ist nicht an die Kanalisation angeschlossen, verfügt aber über zwei Wassertanks auf dem Dach, die einmal täglich gefüllt werden. Dies stört aber überhaupt nicht, uns ging nie das Wasser aus ;) Wir möchten uns herzlich für den Aufenthalt bedanken und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer atemberaubenden Lage

Ich habe in diesem sehr schönen Haus 10 Tage verbracht, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Terrasse ist einfach unbeschreiblich, wir haben jeden Abend dort unvergessliche Stunden genossen. Wer gerne seine Urlaubstage in einer ruhigen Lage verbringt ist hier absolut richtig. Ich kann das Haus jedem nur empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit perfekt, bei Fragen stand Sie immer zur Verfügung. Also nicht lange überlegen sondern einfach sich das Haus selbst anschauen und die atemberaubende Lage selbst genießen.

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca 10 min vom Ort Rincon de la Victoria entfernt auf dem Berg mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Málaga. Ideale Basis für viele Ausflüge. Die Lage ist ruhig, manchmal aber recht windig. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist nicht an die Kanalisation angeschlossen, es muss daher zum Kochen etc. extra Wasser besorgt werden, was aber kein Problem ist.

Un séjour formidable !

Nous avons passé un mois d'août magnifique dans la propriété d'Ana : un petit coin de paradis dans les collines de Rincon avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Malaga ! De nombreux sentiers partent de la maison pour ceux qui aiment marcher et cette dernière est située à quelques minutes de plusieurs plages et des commerces. Un grand merci aussi à Pépé et Raquel pour leur gentillesse et leur aide ! La communication a été très bonne avec Ana dès les premiers contacts et elle n'hésite pas à nous donner des informations durant le séjour par internet. Pretty rustical house outside the tourist industry with a wonderful view of Malaga

An inconspicuous house situated on a hill above Rincón de la Victoria, very stylish and clean, with a tasteful interior in a rustic style, with a magnificent view of Malaga. Especially recommended for romantics and people who like peace and not busy crowded resorts. Above all lovers of fine art (like us) must feel excellently here because the house is equipped with a library with plenty of books about Spanish painters and galleries in Malaga.
