We needed a place for a big family gathering. The setting is amazing and the house is open and spacious and full of charm and character.
The host was quick to respond to any questions and anxious to please.
We definitely want to visit again.

Wow Norma. You make everything soo easy and fun! I'm grateful for this experience. Thank You.
Great place for a youth group retreat. We had a great time and the house was plenty big enough, just had to sleep some on the floor. We had some issues during our stay but David was responsive and wanted to help.
We were thrilled with this house and the property. While only a couple miles outside of Rogers, it was quiet and peaceful. Our large family of 19 was very comfortable and this truly was our home (and everything that implies) for the three days we stayed. Not only was the property amazing, David was so great to work with. We hope to return soon and highly encourage others to visit this beautiful property.
We reserved this place to celebrate my granny's 90th birthday with extended family. There was space for everyone to spread out.
We had a few minor problems during our stay, but got them all figured out through communication with the owner.
Everyone had a great time.
We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs. We had a great graduation experience and made happy memories.
We had a large family gathering with adults and teenagers. David was a perfect host. From the nightlight in the hallways to the stocked pantry to the kindling for fires he truly tried to think of everything. He was very responsive and just seems like a good person. The house fit all of our needs. We enjoyed exploring the yard and listening to the donkeys braying. Thanks again, David. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely stay here

Stacey, You are the best. Thanks for your presence.
Our church put on a cross country trip for our girls youth group. This property fit in perfectly with the route, and David made things extremely easy.
He was always just a call or text away.
In fact it felt like having a relative nearby who was letting you stay at his house.
We had one snafu, which was that a utility guy showed up and had to turn off the water Right before we were going to clean up before we checked out, which meant that we had to leave the kitchen and a state of disarray.
But our girls really enjoyed their brief stay there

Scarlett & I enjoy this home. We invite travelers and locals to share the property with us.
Why they chose this property
We live on Morning Glory Lane. Off Ozark Acres Dr.
This farmhouse was owned by Preacher and his family till they moved to a retirement home.
Now we enjoy the farm house and property formerly known as Morning Glory Farms. They raised sheep on this vast landscape and sold fiber/yarrn.
The flowers and landscape still show the work they put in. I think they called it Morning Glory because... Well, you'll see...
Neighbors close enough so that you don't feel like you secured. Far enough away that you still have privacy. and can do anything you want. Really. No rules. Just don't shoot someones house or light fires that spread more than an acres or so... lol
