Come stroll through the colorful streets of Old Nice and enjoy a comfortable stay in our fully air-conditioned pied-à-terre in the heart of an authentic Nice neighborhood.
The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator of a building in Nice, please note an additional staircase on the second floor must be taken to access the apartment. You will benefit from an exceptional location with breathtaking views of the colorful buildings of Old Nice and also the magnificent St François Tower.
The apartment is bathed in light & very nicely decorated in a contemporary style, it is composed of:
- A living room with fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) & dining area with dining table
- A lounge area with sofa (non-convertible), coffee table, TV & free wifi connection
- A bedroom with a standard double size bed (140x200) and a TV with Netflix
- A bathroom with shower, WC & vanity unit
Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
