Providence is a very comfortable one bed flat located in a modern building in the heart of the old town. It offers an entrance, a living room with dining area, a full equipped open kitchen, a separate double bed bedroom and a shower room. You will love having your breakfast from the private terrace. You will love the quiet environment. The flat is located on higher floor so you will have a beautiful view over the city. All shops and restaurants are down the building. The tramway station Garibaldi le Château is right down the street and will drop you off at the airport in less than 30 minutes. Cours Saleya and the beach are at 7 minutes away walking distance. Simply perfect for holiday rental in Nice city center.

1 key, no intercom, 70 stairs

The apartment is small but perfectly workable for a couple and in a safe, convenient and quiet compound on the edge of Old Nice. There is a lift to the apartment but, via the most accessible entrance to the compound, over 70 stairs to get to the lift. And many more stairs if you take the exit from the compound that lands you directly into Old Nice. Our only issue was the lack of a second set of keys into the apartment with no working intercom to let each other in via the three locked security gates. That means over 70 steps, each way, to let each other in. A bothersome inconvenience for a healthy person and a more serious issue for anyone with mobility troubles. Our agent was lovely and helpful and quick to respond. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour car appartement bien équipé, bien placé et propre MAIS attention à 2 points : - le voisin d'à côté ne supporte pas les locataires (nous avons eu un papier de rappel des règles de la copropriété sur notre paillasson alors que nous n'avons rien fait pour justifier ce geste! + l'ouverture de sa porte lorsque nous étions dans le couloir et l'ouverture de sa fenêtre lorsque nous étions sur le balcon...) - présence de rats le soir sur la terrasse de derrière. Ceci pour vos futurs locataires :) Cordialement

Très bon emplacement

Appartement conforme aux photos, très propre, bonne literie, la terrasse côté chambre est bien agréable pour prendre ses repas, soleil jusqu'à 14 h (à l'est), un autre balcon côté salle à manger donne sur les toits de NICE. Situé en centre ville tout en étant au calme, résidence sécurisé. Nous avons été bien accueillis avec le sourire et l'amabilité d'Elisa. Les commerces et les restaurants sont à proximité, le marché à 8 mn, la rue Jean Médecin à environ 15 mn. Accès facile de la gare avec le tramway 10 mn puis 5 mn de marche. Nous recommandons cette location dans laquelle nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
