The house was beautiful and our stay was amazing! Brock and Kim were very prompt in their responses and helpful when needed. We made great use of all the house had to offer, we loved the fireplace and the hot tub and were able to utilize the kitchen often to make a few meals in. The kitchen was equipped with nearly every utensil and tool you would need. Our only negative experience was since the driveway is on a hill and gravel, we did end up getting stuck and needed to call a tow truck, but really we should’ve been more careful (Brock and Kim did warn us of this prior!). All in all our entire party had a great stay and are looking for to making an annual trip to Blue Ridge and back to the cabin we fell in love with!

Wow…this place is amazing! Our family of 5 had plenty of room and felt completely pampered during our stay at Iron Forge. They have absolutely everything you could possibly need with the most beautiful decor and in a great location. We would all highly recommend this property for your next mountain getaway!

Lovely mountain home close to downtown shops and eateries.

A great place to retreat after days of hiking, tubing, shopping and eating. House has two family rooms, three porches, outdoor fire place and tv. A large family table separates the kitchen from the great room and was perfect for not only family meals but playing games, etc.

Absolutely immaculate

The pictures do this place no justice… Brock is beyond friendly and responds quickly, very pleasant to speak with if I have questions. This place has the cozy cabin vibes, but on a modern scale, everything you need is within 5 miles if you need to run to the store or just wanna get out in the area. I will definitely keep this trip on my list to go again.

Beautiful home with stunning views!

We recently had a girls weekend and this home was perfect! The house is decorated beautifully, spacious and well maintained. It is located in a nice quiet gated area so all you really hear are the sounds of nature - but you are minutes away from everything. The owners are very nice and communicative, their directions before and during the stay were incredibly helpful. We would for sure visit Blue Ridge and The Iron Forge again. I would recommend the property to families with children or friend groups. Five stars all around!

Best in Blue Ridge 5 + stars

We’ve stayed in a lot of cabins in BR and this is, hands down, the best. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful inside and out. Brock and Kim thought of all of the details. All of the switches were labeled and the kitchen cabinets and drawers are labeled, so you’re not constantly flipping light switches and trying to find stuff in the kitchen. The indoor and outdoor living areas are just perfect. It was cold when we arrived, but we did get to open up the large sliding doors our last night. It is minutes away from downtown, but you get the quiet and the beautiful views. Thanks again for a wonderful house and a wonderful stay.

Ideal & Impressive Iron Forge

The house was in every way perfect...clean, cozy, comfortable, and breathtaking. It was in a convenient location, easy to get to, and 5 minutes from the Main Street area. The decor and details throughout the house are beautiful and give the home a cozy feel. I seriously admired the area rugs, blankets, bedding, vases, and artwork (so much so that I felt I needed this decorator to come to my own house). The kids were so happy to be there and our family bonded and made so many memories. We spent the most time on the balcony with the fireplace and television (morning coffee & March madness games). The owners have done an amazing job with this house. Brock was very communicative and shared so many helpful tips. I can not think of a single flaw. Staying at the Iron Forge makes us already want to return to Blue Ridge just to spend more time at this beautiful cabin!

Everything was great! Very close to town, especially compared to most homes in the area. Really appreciate that the hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled for each guest. Also, really liked that the grill is cleaned for each guest too- that is a “first” for all the places we’ve ever rented and it was so nice.

Incredible Spot in Blue Ridge

We celebrated a birthday over a weekend in March for a family member and this house couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was very clean. The indoor/outdoor space, fireplaces, and TV set up is a game changer (especially while watching March Madness with family). Communication with the host was great and I would book again. Hard to beat this spot. Everything about this spot exceeded out expectations.

What the doctor ordered!

The Iron Forge was nothing short of AMAZING! I’ve stayed in several rental properties and this one has been the BEST by far! We loved everything about it and we are looking forward to getting back as soon as we can. The amount of detail that Brock and Kim put into the space were exceptionally well-thought out. My doctor ordered relaxation and The Iron Forge delivered! The home was everything, the views spectacular, and the owners very pleasant! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for helping with my very necessary reset. My family is thankful!
