Argelès and its beaches have once again been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag label for 2025. The beach, just a few metres away, remains the number one asset. Private parking space within the residence (with badge). Lift, AIR CONDITIONING. Close to Racou and Collioure. From the loggia, you'll have a front-row seat to watch the fireworks launched from the port jetty every Wednesday (until the end of August).
