Spacious Comfortable Home to Work, Play or Relax
Spacious home with driveway parking.
Quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. A half hour to downtown Pittsburgh. Forty Five minutes to 7springs ski resort. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to major highways and the turnpike.
Our home has many areas to relax, work, or watch TV.
The house offers two bedrooms, a loft, large kitchen, sun room with a beautiful view, a basement with a kitchen area, 65” TV, full bathroom with exercise equipment if you feel you need to get that workout in.
The space
Three floors of living space . Lots of privacy
Watch the deer In the back yard and enjoy the snow fall during the winter months.
A full bath in the basement includes a shower with a steam room.
Guest access
All of the house except for master bedroom and work shop.
Garage available plus a Private driveway for parking two cars. Two available bedrooms. Two and a half baths. And lots of space to enjoy .

Grocery store/ Walmart, gas station, restaurants within one mile
