This is a bright, 2,400 sq ft home perched on the hillside with breathtaking views of Shasta, Burney, & Lassen. You can watch the sunset on Mt. Shasta while floating in the HEATED pool (excluding mid Oct until April) (additional $150/night). A 65" LED TV for movie nights and an office. A fully stocked and updated kitchen. The home is very close to shops and the highway (without the noise). Quiet Neighborhood. We have put a lot of care into the details of this home and we pride ourselves in great stays- We look forward to hosting you!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Redding! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The swimming pool was a huge highlight—our grandsons absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed the breathtaking views, which made the setting feel so relaxing and special. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Amazing view & great house

Well located house with great views of the mountains and a pool. House was equipped with everything our family of 4 needed, very clean, and A/C kept the house cool, even with 110+ heat outside.

Pool with a Mountain View

Really great. Our favorite part was the family room leading to a deck with clean and inviting outdoor furniture leading to a beautiful heated pool and outdoor eating area, overlooking a 180 degree mountain view including Mr Shasta and Mt Lassen. Pretty incredible spot, with a design that takes advantage of it.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house, a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home with (optional heated) a pool. We loved the pool that is 3-6' deep, very nice for little kids, to teens, to adults. The beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive when there was issues. Thank you!

Perfect Oasis

The property was very clean and spacious. We loved getting in the pool everyday and watching the sunset. Having a gate around the pool, made things easy on us with little kids in our party. There is a Costco, Save Mart, and a Target near by to grab whatever you need. We were able to visit the two lakes the owner suggested and had an amazing time at both of them. The neighborhood is quiet. We plan on renting this property again in the future.

The pictures told a story of a beautiful home, but the reality was damage and stains all over the place. I would not book this location again. It is not taken care of for the prices they are charging. The furniture needs to be replaced. It needs a deep-cleaning. It needs a paint job and some TLC on the inside. It needs a different HVAC solution, because the current system can barely keep up on the hot days (perhaps it was a mistake by the HVAC company in their assessment, but it is not nearly enough). It's not Motel 6 or anything, but it's not what is shown in the photos. It's beat up and they need to fix it or charge 1/2 of what they charge for a beatup place.

Fun time

We had a great time, the house is beautiful and we had so much room with everyone that came. The property manager is so nice and checks in alot to make sure your comfortable and everything is going ok. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of my family or friends.
