Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We rented the house to host family and friends for a couple of weeks. The living areas and bedrooms were large enough for everyone to feel comfortable…great to entertain in! The pool is large and beautiful which was fantastic since we hung out there a lot. Any questions we had the management team answered and responded to quickly. We highly recommend this property and Latitude Key. Thank You!

Vacation with family friends

Lovely home and we had a great time at the property. We were two families with teenagers and the upstairs was a great space for the teenagers to gather together. Would highly recommend this property. Perfect location and beautiful home.

You can’t beat the location of this amazing house! All of my kids had a great time and friends and family that joined us for this vacation had a blast being able to walk to the beach.House had everything we needed and some. My fav part was the different type of coffee machines. Something for everyone!Hoping to do this trip next year and will look at booking again.

Met our needs nicely!

This property was perfect for our team of 8 working a trade show nearby. The location is conveniently located to Bahia Mar, beaches, and nearby restaurants. The property was very clean, the rooms provided nice privacy, all common areas including outside pool area offered plenty of space to socialize, and the kitchen was well appointed with cookware, utensil, and numerous coffeemakers! This place met our needs nicely.

Overall great stay

The property was very clean and bigger than expected. There were many common areas, as well as, separate sections of the house to away from everything. Comfortably fit 12 adults. I would definitely recommend this property for a group of friends, or for multiple families.

Our experience was amazing!

Everything was perfect. The only tricky thing is the beach access advertisement. Only the owners have the card to the private beach. You have to drive and pay to park.

Beautiful home inside and out

Very clean and nicely updated/furnished and spacious home. The pool/outdoor area has a full kitchen and is a wonderful area to hang out. Perfect location for a group of people to enjoy the Ft Lauderdale area and nearby beaches and shopping. You can walk to the beach or there is easy parking nearby. Airport is close which is helpful for guests arriving at different times. Management is very responsive. I definitely recommend this property for a large group.

Great House for Large Groups

We recently stayed with a group of 11 girls for Spring Break. The house is so large and accommodating and everyone had their own space. The upstairs has it's own television area and kitchen. It was completely stocked with beach towels, chairs, kitchen necessities and toiletry items. The swimming pool was our favorite spot and the Central Beach area is about a mile away. I would highly recommend this for your large groups.

Amazing house within walking distance of the beach!

I stayed here with a large group of girl friends and we had a blast! The house was beautiful and spacious - located in an amazing neighborhood. The walk from the house to the beach wasn’t too long, and the pool was a great option when we wanted something even more convenient! The property manager was extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns. For example, we were there during a tropical storm and there was a small leak upstairs. The property manager immediately contacted maintenance and sent someone to the house within a few hours. We loved our stay and 100% would recommend to any other large group!!
