Pleasant enclosed garden level apartment of 27 m2 with a beautiful 23 m2 terrace with a very practical closed shed, located 100 meters from the beach.
The apartment has a kitchen equipped with electric hob, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare and eat your meals.
You will have a bathroom with separate toilet, a towel dryer and a bedroom with two bunk beds.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a 140 cm convertible sofa.
You will also have a secure parking space in front of the apartment and a bicycle storage room.
Close to children's games, the beach, shops and restaurants on the seafront.
