Overall place was pretty good and would consider staying here again. Pretty well stocked with the things you need. Elevators were usually quick and getting in and out was easy. Decent about of things close by so you didn’t have to go to far for most must need items.

Overall we were very satisfied with this Orange Beach property. The condo pictures do a great job accurately depicting the property. The location is very centrally located to restaurants and things to do. We had a very nice stay.

We love everything about this condo and keep coming back every year. This year we couldn’t figure out the fan in the living room and called Walter the maintenance man. He quickly responded to us and came out to look at the fan. We look forward to coming back!

Property was exactly as expected. Great layout for a family of 4. We received all of the check-in and check-out info in a timely manner even though we did a last minute booking within 24hts of our stay. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

This was my second stay at this condo. You can’t beat the covered parking spot and close proximity to anything you could possibly need. The grounds are always clean and the staff is friendly. Communication throughout the entire stay was fantastic. As long as I am traveling to Orange Beach, I will continue to choose this awesome spot.

We had a great time! The condo was amazing and clean with everything that we needed to make our week at the beach amazing! The view of the beach was incredible, the kitchen was so nice, and the beds were comfy!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix VI! The unit was as described, clean (other than the entry hall rug) and the perfect place for a week of beach and pool time and relaxation. The check-in process and communication with the owner was simple and we loved having a designated parking space. We will be back!

Great spot at Orange Beach

Great condo at Orange Beach- recently renovated. Building is beachfront and convenient to restaurants and activities in town. Condo was clean and has a great view.
