The place was exceptionally great all the beds were comfortable. If you like a firm firm bed ghost buster room is the one. The house was in great condition host was kind it was clean. I wish I could buy it cause it was perfect for my family. We had room to spread out and get away when we needed time out lol.

My family absolutely LOVES this Villa! Mr Frankie is such a gracious host! Very kind and helpful! The pictures don't compare to actually walking in the villa....absolutely beautiful! Spacious! Definitely booking again!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was as described:1) very spacious, living, kitchen and bedrooms2) Game room was great for all ages3) the backyard is the place for kids during the early hours and adults at night4) The host was prompt in responding and accommodating5) Every thing is close by, eatery’s, water and theme parks 6) My family is looking forward to returning This is definitely a place you and your family can visit and enjoy.

The perfect spot for our family vacation.

We stayed here for a week with extended family (29 people). The place is as advertised and very spacious. The only issue we had was that the AC stopped working for 2 days but the owner was on it and was able to get it repaired. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Site

We rent homes once a quarter for work trips and this is by far the best House we have ever stayed! Owner was great and very responsive to all messages and requests! We will look to book this site again!

Family stay

My family was very happy with the stay every thing was an aw to them especially the kids there are some things that can be fixed but it’s minor i.e two games in the game room did not work , the connection for the outside screen over the pool did not connect at all so we was not able to use the projector other then that my family enjoyed themselves and I would book again.

Biggest complaint I have is that I paid for 9 days of heating for the pool and hot tub (spa) and did not get what I paid for. The property manager told me that the pool and spa was heated to 95 and 96 degrees. For 1, they never were that "warm" - luke warm at best, I shouldn't be shivering while in the pool or hot tub if they are that warm. But 2, a hot tub should be quite a bit hotter than a pool. Maybe that's just my opinion, but if you are looking to have a working hot tub I do not recommend this place. The showers were the same temp as the pool, which like i said was luke warm.

Amazing memories

We arrived and was instructed on how to work the front door. The house looked exactly like we expected. There were a few issues but they were all cleared up quickly. The host was very responsive and the house is the best we’ve stayed in so far.

Amazing vacation home!!!

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home! The home was exactly as listed. Very spacious, clean, and family friendly. We definitely enjoyed the outside pool/bar area. The owner was also amazing, he was very responsive and took care of the few minor issues brought to his attention. The only concern we had was the parking, 7 parking spaces, but 9 vehicle. Next time my family visit we will definitely be prepared with less vehicles. Overall stay was amazing!!! We will be coming back to this home!!!

Great house

Our stay in this beautiful home was awesome. Plenty of space for 30 adults. Very clean home. The Game room was a great bonus exactly like pictures and online descriptions. Owner was very responsive when needed, and propert manager was in on point. You won't be disappointed in renting this property. We will definitely come back for our annual trip.
