The villa is located, in a quiet area, in a charming village of 550 inhabitants, 20 minutes from the beaches, rivers and the city centre of Montpellier. Mountain bike and hiking trails are practised when leaving the house, many departmental paths are laid out. The tennis court is at the end of the street. The swimming pool, the shade of its olive trees and the bowling alley await you!
The accommodation
The villa, decorated in an eclectic style, consists of a living room whose bay window overlooks a Zen garden and a terrace suitable for aperitifs. The main room opens directly onto the swimming pool on the south-east side and on a terrace under trellis and jasmine. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining room by a bar.
Outside, chairs, garden tables, sunbathing poufs, sun loungers, parasol, and gas barbecue are available. Two adult mountain bikes and 1 child mountain bike are also available to tenants.
Our cats Chicco and Billy, although autonomous, will come to enjoy their bowl on the occasion of your visit...
