You must've met the employees that work on-site at the condo, as our check in is contactless! We apologize that you were met with unpleasant smells in the lobbies, and longer wait times for elevators. This can happen during the peak season of the summer as everyone is using the elevators to enjoy the pools and amenities on property. We're pleased to hear that you found the condo very nice and roomy, with a great view-gulf front is the way to go to enjoy those endless water views. The pools at this resort make it a very popular spot! We strive for a comfortable and seamless stay for each of our guests and are sorry to hear about the faucet issue. Our maintenance technician did arrive at the condo and tested all the faucets, but they were found to be in working order at that time. It seems this may have been one of the times when everything was operating without issue. Sounds like your handyman skills came in handy for a quick solution😉 We'll also pass along the feedback about the quality of the paper product starter pack with our housekeeping team.
