Originally built in 1949, this beach cottage has been totally renovated and updated in 2021. This bungalow features a completely separate bedroom ands has a full kitchen and dining living area. There is also an outdoor private patio area with a charcoal grill. Walk to the beach in seconds and the Siesta Village is only .4 miles from this cottage. Here there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The perfect place to stay and take advantage of everything Sarasota and Florida has to offer.

Very nice cottage in a great location. We rented bikes and rarely used the car. Convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas were a nice plus. Would definitely stay again if we return to Siesta Key.

My wife and I escaped our seven kids for a much-needed getaway, and this place delivered all the comforts of home—minus the chaos. The host was excellent at communicating prior to arrival and even left flowers and balloons, which was a very thoughtful touch. The cottage was clean, cozy, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. It was cleaner and more welcoming than some of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The only minor downside was the hot water not getting as hot as I prefer. Overall, an amazing stay—10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Hello, It is Stacey. I appreciate your feedback. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding about a view of the beach. The property is presented very accurately and a view of Siesta Beach is not part of the description nor is it in the pictures of the property. I will double check this info on the listing. There is always liquid handsoap and, of course, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. The small bar of handsoap was left by my cleaning staff. I truly wish you would have let me know this was an issue and I would have been happy to provide you with something more adequate.

Great cottage near everything

We had a great stay at this cottage. The beach was close by and the village a 12 minute walk away. Plenty of good food options are in the area as well. The cottage was well stocked and was clean. We would stay there again.

This Cottage is perfect for two people. The beach is right across the street. You can walk but we drove. The cottage supplies a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Very clean and cute.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Great location. Much better than a hotel. Walked 1 block to the beach & 4 blocks for dinner & shopping. Super clean. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Supplied everything we need for the beach. Planning on staying again soon.
