As a fair warning. The owner never sent instructions on how to enter the home. We arrived at playa del Carmen with 2 babies and 6 family members with no place to stay scrambling for hotel rooms after a very very long day of travel. Ended up spending a ton more money since we had to book last minute and it scrambled our money pretty significantly. Worst experience of my life travel wise.

I sincerely apologize for this situation and completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially traveling with family and babies. This was a very unusual and isolated case. I was in a remote area without signal or any possibility of communication, which prevented me from sending the check-in instructions on time. As soon as I regained connectivity, I immediately tried to reach out. I take great pride in being available and providing a reliable experience to my guests, and I have now implemented a self check-in system and backup communication measures to ensure this does not happen again. I truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps me continue improving.

Jungle house

Amazing property in the most amazing location. Just minutes from a local beach. House was fully equipped to cook and had chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for a day at the beach. A short walk to 20 restaurants.This property totally blew our minds when we got there because it’s literally surrounded by jungle while inside of playa del Carmen. Would definately recommend.
