We rented in late August, Jeff was very easy to work with, sent things to do and eat at email. Was prompt with room codes and parking pass, any additional questions I had he answered very quickly. Condo was as listed, very nice, clean, great location. He had chairs and umbrella so didn't have spend money each day renting them. If we go back I'd definitely stay here again.

View from the private balcony was great. Everything was clean. It had everything you need to cook any meal including an air fryer. The host was excellent to deal with and made everything so easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was excellent. Very clean and updated. My only negative on the condo is the building itself and not 405. There are only two elevators for the building. The whole week at least one was broke the whole time.

Unit 405 at Island Royale was very clean and had a great view and lovely furniture on the balcony. There was plenty of room for my friend and I to spread out for an entire week. Joe, the security guard was very friendly and helpful to us. We felt very safe here. The private beach access was amazing. The location of the unit was within walking distance of several popular places including the HangOut. We would love to stay here again in the future. Stacey - Indianapolis
