With an excellent bay-view back deck large enough to accommodate separate sunning and dining areas, this home is perfect for relaxation and leisure after eventful days exploring the city and enjoying the best beaches, shopping, and dining that Newport Peninsula has to offer. You can also launch your own stand-up paddleboards with easy access to the main harbor.

Flooded with natural light, this comfortable coastal home boasts 1620 sq. ft. with modern amenities for everyone to enjoy. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a spacious great room with access to the patio from the living area, which has lots of comfortable seating and a TV that you can enjoy during downtime. Dine indoors or alfresco when it's time for a delicious meal. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

All beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon are in the downstairs living area for extra sleeping accommodations.

Additional amenities include WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning.
This home requires a three-night minimum, 10% TOT.
There is construction work next door until the Fall of 2024. The usual construction hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 4:00 pm. No construction on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 15% for all booking stays between now and mid-Fall 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
The Duffy boat parked at the dock is not for guest use. Guests will be given 24-hour advanced notice when the Duffy will be used. Admission to the house by the owner is unnecessary when Duffy is in use; they use the exterior walkway to access the dock.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House needs help
Good location for what I needed it for. House is in much need of maintenance. Screen doors won't stay on the track, so we just took them off. Oven would not heat. Toiletries were very limited, we actually ran out of toilet paper, no Kleenex for back up. No plastic wrap or baggies, who uses parchment paper. NO CLEANING SUPPLIES AT ALL to wipe down things. Beds are comfortable, nice sheets. Patio desperately needs help, all broken up cement....overall I would NOT stay here again...GP

Not what we expected
The photos don’t reflect what the interior actually looks like. The two couches in the living room were filthy and very smelly. The refrigerator had black mold/mildew in it. We had to do a major clean before we felt comfortable letting the family touch anything.

Loved the views and location of house….balcony was unsafe, furniture old and stained… people walking through property to get to their boat (no warning, just show up) …construction next door … starting with loud noises at 8 am Monthly-Friday…dirty carpet upstairs in bedrooms, wood floors downstairs need to be refinished
