Great welcome, clean and well equipped spacious apartment on first floor. Would definitely stay again. Added bonus of free parking outside. Pascal was a very host, always quick to respond.

Comfortable apartment and a warm welcome

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The apartment is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideally located with Metro and supermarkets close by. Pascal couldn't be more helpful and Elba gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We will be staying again.

Excellent stay

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for over a month. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the metro, restaurants and shopping. Pascal was very easy to communicate with and Roberto, who met us at the apartment was kind and informative. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and extras were provided, such as fruit, water, spices, etc.Take the time to explore the neighborhood, lots of eating places, markets and more. We were sorry that we were there only for 5 days.

Perfect for us

We are 2 friends who travelled to Valencia for The Fallas. This was a perfect location away from the crowds but easy to get everywhere either by bike share, metro or walking. Grocery stores are close by and there was a street market on Saturday morning.

The Apartment was in quiet street in old suburb of Valencia. It was fitted out with absolutely everything you could want to enjoy your stay. Metro 5 minutes walk gives very easy access to City centre and all the wonderful sights. Would definitely go there again. Pascal and Elba so very helpful. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

A perfect home from home for a family of 4

There was nothing this apartment didn’t have! Cleanliness was second to non and the beds very comfortable. It was a great location for us and we were very happy with the neighbourhood (especially the children as there are plenty of parks nearby). Should we return to Valencia city then we would book with Pascal again. Muchas gracias, merci and thank you for a lovely stay

A goregous apartment and very well located.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities you required. We loved the location which had supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants very nearby. It was situated very near to a metro but you were able to walk into the old part of Valencia. Plenty to see and do and we would definitely like to come back again. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Pascal!!

Excellent apartment!

Extremely clean and everything you need is in the apartment. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the metro and the supermarket is also around the corner. Perfect host as well. It really felt like our house. Spacious, big kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and the living area. We would highly recommend it :)

Summervacation

Very nice apartment, everything is very well and cordially decorated and equipped. The trip to the beach by public transport takes about 35-40 minutes. Everything else absolutely top!

Wonderful Work Holiday in Valencia Spain

After a very busy year and at the beginning of an even busier summer I stayed with my family for 10 days in this location. I had a great time and managed to even relax for a few days. The cherry on top was when one morning we went out for a walk and stepped into a local market that had been placed on the street in front of our building. We loved the surprised and really enjoyed the near house shopping experience.
