Explore Carbondale proper where you’ll find a historic shopping district, Victorian architecture, and plenty of restaurants to satisfy every appetite.

The second-floor condo is in a small complex with an airy living area that features a leather love seat, sofa, and a 32-inch Vizio TV. Light the wood-burning fireplace on chilly evenings and let the warmth permeate the open concept space. During the day, open up the lounge's sliding glass doors to enjoy Colorado's fresh breezes. The kitchen features pretty light cabinetry and granite countertops, a Frigidaire dishwasher and fridge, and a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker providing all the comforts of home. Gather for meals at the four-seat dining table.

The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plenty of storage is built into the home for comfortable long stays. The second full bathroom provides a tiled vanity and tub/shower combination.

The rental is poised on the ninth hole of Roaring Fork Golf Course, and it's a short drive into the center of town. There, you can enjoy live music events, shopping in the historic downtown district, and fine dining featuring locally sourced Crystal River Beef. 14 miles from Glenwood Springs and 26 from Aspen, the location balances serenity and convenience for a truly restful vacation. Luxuriate with a soak at Glenwood hot springs. Bring your bikes and experience the Rio Grande Bike Trail, set along the old railroad and dotted with plenty of access points along the 44 miles trek. During winter months, hit the snow-packed slopes; a regional shuttle bus will take you right to Aspen, Basalt Mountain, and Snowmass.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
