Ski directly home on the Four O’Clock Trail, enjoy access to a heated pool/hot tubs, and stroll to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Summer days offer hiking, mountain biking, and thrills at Breckenridge Fun Park.

LIVING AREA

A queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy favorite shows on the TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the five-person dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the kitchen bar with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, complete with a plush queen bed, TV, private deck with seating for two, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Find aprés ski relaxation at the nearby heated pool and hot tubs, available seasonally and located down the street. The large outdoor hot tub is open year-round, the pool is open summer/winter, and the two indoor hot tubs are open from November 15 to May.

THE LOCATION

Walk 5 minutes to the Snowflake Lift to start fun-filled days on the slopes. End the day skiing home on the Four O’Clock trail, which puts you directly behind your condo.

Hop on the complimentary ski shuttle -- which picks up just outside your community -- for seamless transport to town for activities and entertainment options.

Walk 10 minutes to Blue River Plaza for a selection of cafes, eclectic eateries, and shops.

In the summer, hike or mountain bike miles of trails on and around the mountain. Or, find adventure zip-lining through the treetops at Breckenridge Fun Park (2 miles).

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great ski location
Came up to Breck for a few days/nights with my brother. Location was great for the Snowflake lift and for walking into town. Condo was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Good spot for a 5 night ski trip
Couple floors up, plenty of space for 4 people. About a quarter mile walk to snowflake lift and ski down 4 o clock run, cross street, and you’re back. Go out the back entrance of the building and you are 2-3 blocks from Main Street depending which route you take.

Not a great stay.
I don't write reviews, but I feel it's helpful to give a heads up to anyone interested in the condo. The property management is very scattered and difficult, if not impossible, to contact about issues. We arrived without sheets, towels or paper products in the unit. We didn't get that resolved until the 2nd day after 15 calls to management. For an expensive condo, it's not worth the price. If you can rent the unit for a low price it would be ok. The unit was clean, but lacking in aesthetic. The owners have their personal photos everywhere with no real art on the walls. It's a very basic furnished unit with a C level finish. It's a 3 block hike to the lift and the ski access back to the condo was closed. I would not recommend the unit for the price.
