This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find aprés ski relaxation at the nearby heated pool and hot tubs, available seasonally and located down the street. The large outdoor hot tub is open year-round, the pool is open summer/winter, and the two indoor hot tubs are open from November 15 to May.

THE LOCATION
Walk 5 minutes to the Snowflake Lift to start fun-filled days on the slopes. End the day skiing home on the Four O’Clock trail, which puts you directly behind your condo.
Hop on the complimentary ski shuttle -- which picks up just outside your community -- for seamless transport to town for activities and entertainment options.
Walk 10 minutes to Blue River Plaza for a selection of cafes, eclectic eateries, and shops.
In the summer, hike or mountain bike miles of trails on and around the mountain. Or, find adventure zip-lining through the treetops at Breckenridge Fun Park (2 miles).
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
