Villa Lucija is a wonderful holiday home, in the small village Brovinje overlooking the sea and the beautiful Kvarner Bay. Enjoy all your activity at our backyard patio. There is a lovely swimming pool and a charming vintage kitchen with a stone fireplace.

There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen. A practical storeroom with a washing machine is in the basement.

The deck has been set up for your comfort with a Swimming Pool, outdoor kitchen with fridge, outdoor shower, Sundeck, outdoor stone fireplace, covered dining table for eight persons. There is also a small toilet. The complete backyard patio is surrounded by greenery.

There is enough place in the living room for eight persons. In a real Istrian vintage style of atmosphere.

The unit has an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, toaster, oven, and microwave.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist superschön und die Außenküche einmalig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich . Das einzige war das es in der Umgebung keinen Strand mit Liegen gibt aber sonst war alles bestens
