It is located in the Amapas area of Zona Romantica, which is just south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The villa is situated on a large hillside lot overlooking all of Banderas Bay and provides spectacular visibility of the town.
Playa Los Muertos, one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beaches, is just a short five-minute walk away, as is the romantic old town with many excellent restaurants, eclectic shops, nightlife and entertainment venues.
