Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This place is a great location to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. We had good times and enough space for the families. The only down side is the beds are smaller in size. We would definitely recommend this place and we will come back next season.

Good place to stay

Everything was great, aside from the air-conditioning breaking down, but Vacasa did reimburse us for the days without air-conditioning, which is the professional thing to do and which I did appreciate. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Great view, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. I was sent the code the night before so there was no need to stand in line getting the keys and parking passes. I love that the condo was supplied with complimentary soap, dis detergent, toilet paper, towels and bedding.

Lot of money for 32” main room TV, broken toilet paper holder in main Bath, and 28” TV in Master BR. The unit was completely empty when we arrived from FL and was told we had to wait until exactly 4 pm (almost every place allows early check-in in this situation)

Summer 2022

We loved the location and we loved staying on the beach. Unit 703 needs an update. Walls have been patched many times, needs full paint job on walls, fixtures are broken and off the wall, one open electric socket with no cover, it took a full week for the refrigerator to cool down after checking in. We lost items due to the refrigerator not cooling, we called for maintenance, call never returned. One elevator in building is incredibly slow.
