Enjoy two spacious decks perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. A brand new Trex deck is coming in Spring 2026. Expect construction on front deck only through April.

The fully equipped kitchen features updated kitchenware, including brand new stainless steel appliances, a water dispenser, and an ice maker. The cozy living area includes a queen pull-out sofa with a 2” gel-foam mattress topper for extra comfort. Stay entertained with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, plus a variety of family board games. A private washer and dryer add convenience. The three high powered air conditioner units keep the entire condo nice and cool during the hot Summer.

Parking includes two designated covered spaces plus an additional uncovered spot—perfect for multiple vehicles. On-street parking also available.

Located a 15-minute drive from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, and within walking distance to top restaurants like Ropewalk (kid-friendly with playground), The Bayside Skillet, Saltwater 75, The Hobbit, and Hooked. Nearby shopping and treats include The Fractured Prune donuts, Sugar Planet candy, and By the Bay Creamery. Acme grocery store is just a short drive away.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
