Welcome to this charming cottage, located at the end of a typical Finistère hamlet, in an idyllic and peaceful setting. Let yourself be seduced by its rural and peaceful atmosphere, offering an exceptional view of the sea and the famous ‘tas de pois’ of the Pointe de Pen Hir. Located in the village of Dinan, at Cap de la Chèvre, a site renowned for its natural beauty, this house is in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional d'Armorique, a haven of peace for nature lovers.
This cosy, charming semi-detached house is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. There's also a dining table for six. The bright and spacious living room is decorated in a warm style, with a bookcase, flat-screen HD television, satellite channels and an internet connection (with streaming applications). Two comfortable sofas await you to relax by the open fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings. There is direct access to the terrace and garden, where you can enjoy magnificent views over the ‘tas de pois’ of Camaret-sur-Mer and contemplate the wild landscapes and moors as far as the eye can see. You can also see the sea in the distance and watch the goats in the neighbouring plot.
Also on the ground floor, a separate toilet with washbasin and a bathroom with washing machine, bath and washbasin complete this functional and comfortable space.
Upstairs, a corridor with a study is ideal for those who want to combine work and relaxation, while enjoying the exceptional surroundings. Two bedrooms await you: one with a double bed (140 x 190) and a chest of drawers, and the second with two single beds (90 x 190), a desk and a wardrobe. A shower room with WC and washbasin is also available upstairs for added comfort.
Outside, the garden provides a pleasant space for relaxing, with a barbecue, deckchairs and patio furniture to make the most of sunny days.
Please note that the internet connect might be slow due to the area but it is perfectly suited to holiday use, so you can stay connected if you need to.
