Kitchen is equipped for the pro chef and is completely open and features heated tile floors. Instant hot water tap, additional beverage fridge, full stainless upgraded appliances. Living room is super cozy with direct Beaver Creek views and automatic gas fireplace. Smart TV with sound bar with Disney, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime, Master Class, Peleton streaming services.

Building includes underground gated parking for two cars, elevator, concierge desk, full gym on the second floor with mountain views, and services in the building and nearby. Gondola is steps out the door. Rec Center, library, Nottingham lake next door and every restaurant and shop in Avon is a quick walk.

The location cannot be beat. The view is amazing. We love the heated tile floors and the concrete building makes it virtually soundproof.
