Views, privacy, deep water & more with this 2 bedroom 2 bath, lakefront home. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the Living Room, Dining & Kitchen combo. Decking is more than most larger homes & has sliding doors from Living Room & Master bedroom. Stone fireplace in Living Room. Views of Lake from every room. Screened porch on front of home. Don't miss the gentle steps which go to a basement area which has washer/dryer and storage of the 4 Adult and 3 Child Stand Up Paddle Boards. Canoe and water craft storage on this level & even more decking going out to lake. Lots of seating areas. Nice updated ramp and dock.

Always a fantastic stay! Also had some updates this year with a new lily pad and a continued well organized "toy room". It's one of our favorite stays every year. Home is always well kept with fresh linens.

We have come back multiple times to the house on blue waters. It has an amazing view, nice lake toys, and Mark is always quick to respond if we have any questions or concerns.

Place was very cute! We enjoyed ourselves. Kids loved playing in the lake on the lily pad and paddle boarding. We rented a boat from the place on the fridge which was a highlight of our trip! Kids said they didn't like the mattresses on the bunk beds. We also liked the little soaps in the bathrooms. Thanks for having us!

First the good. The view was spectacular and the house was lake front. There were lots of water toys (canoes, kayaks, etc) available. The dock was very nice. The house was clean and neat. The showers had good water pressure. As for the negatives: The house was very dated for the price. There was no dishwasher and we were required to hand wash the dishes and wonder what kind of job the previous renter did with the dishes (We washed them before using in case). The bathroom doors are pocket doors with no locks, so privacy was an issue. One of the pocket doors was broken when we arrived, but I managed to fix it. I also had to fix the handle on one of the sliding glass doors. There window treatments were cheap horizontal slats. It was impossible to get the room dark at night.

We love coming back to the House on Blue Waters every year. The lake is beautiful. We love hiking, kayaking, swimming, boating, biking (in Cades Cove on Wednesdays), paddleboarding. The house has comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the pots, pans etc that we need.
