I have loved Topsail for 10 years! My family and I have vacationed here annually and made memories of a lifetime playing in the sand and surf. I am so excited to share this piece of paradise with you to help you make the same invaluable memories!
Why they chose this property
The Snow Castle is located on a 2 acre lot backed to the Intercoastal Waterway for peaceful views of wildlife and boats sailing by. The ocean is steps away across a boardwalk awaiting your, "toes in the sand" adventure! This home is cleaned with extrodinary care and natural light floods the living areas! Views from every room! The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for privacy! The outdoor shower is an added bonus to wash away the day's adventure and sand!

Topsail is just different! Ask any local around and they will tell you that the relaxed and friendly vibe of the island is second to none! Uniquely close to the peaceful tranquility of the ICW and the roar of the ocean adventure!
