Living Room – Cozy and inviting, featuring comfy furniture with a fold-out sofa sleeper, a warm gas/log fireplace, a Smart TV with streaming apps, and a wall-mounted art piece. Popular board games are provided for fun family or friends’ nights in.

Dining Area – Opens to both the kitchen and living room, with a large table perfect for shared meals, celebrations, or lively game nights.

- Occupancy: 8 People Max/Day or Night - NO PARTIES/NO Gatherings in an HOA/ NO Drop-in Guests
- Parking: 3 vehicles, 1 in driveway & 2 on street in front of fence
- 2 single kayaks & 1 tandem kayak are available for your use-While the seasonal dams are in place from mid to late-June to early Sept,
- Dog Friendly - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is enclosed for pup-Please clean up after your pup-For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate your dog if you are not at the house.
