This is a beautiful and stunning villa with pool, was built in 2018.
Beach Vacation Villa is featuring luxurious modern design. Short walk to the Beach makes it a perfect vacation spot. If you traveling with family or friends, this house will make you feel right at home. The backyard is nice and spacious featuring sitting area and a grill.
One bedroom is located on a first level with a Quinn size bed. Second floor is featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Fourth bedroom has another Quinn bed. And an open loft with a sofa bed. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, Smart TVs, washer & dryer for convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. THE POOL HAS A BUILT-IN SPA THAT FUNCTIONS AS A BUBBLE FEATURE ONLY.

Hollywood boardwalk with nice Beachfront restaurants less than five minutes away, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort and spa. Walk from home and take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean!!!
A 15-minute drive from Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami, this makes a quick and easy drive home to this location. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Few blocks to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where more great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family takes place. This property was gorgeous and massive! The house is well suited for a group of 8 if doubling beds and there are two huge couches that could easily sleep at least 3 more. Everything was clean and organized and the host is very understanding and was quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Property was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. Pool was amazing. Property manager very accessible and on top of all our needs. Location couldn’t have been more perfect.

Pool was cold. One morning half of the water was gone. Pool person came out said they had to get a leak detection person out. Never showed up pool pump stayed off, so no pool heat. Owner claimed a valve got changed, if so why not turn the pump back on? Hot water in one bath was not adequate, owner said this was not possible. Never sent anyone to check. A few other problems like not enough paper towels, toilet paper, no laundry detergent etc
