This home is available to rent monthly with an additional cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit (added on after booking). Included in the monthly rental rate is a $400 monthly power allowance and a $100 monthly water allowance. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant. The homeowner keeps a car parked at the side of the fence.

The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. They played until they wore themselves out. The beds were very comfortable and was a great layout for two couples. The located was very convenient and the neighborhood was very nice. We would rent this home again!
