Cosy single-family house "TY Greg". In the resort 700 m from the centre of Crozon, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. Private: natural garden 200 m2 (fenced). (10 steps). Parking. Grocery, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Le Portzic" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Marina 2 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Morgat 2 km, Locronan 34 km, Quimper 55 km, Douarnenez 42 km, Brest 59 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 60 m2, south facing position. Practical furnishings: living room 25 m2 with panoramic window with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), electric shutters. 2 small children's rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the sea and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fabulous view of Morgat harbour. Great location, wonderful beaches for water sports all within a 10 minute drive, both Morgat and Crozon are within a 20 minute walk. The property has a small enclosed garden which is perfect if you bring a dog.Very enjoyable stay at the property,

Hôte accueillante, à l’écoute et de bons conseils. Petite maison agréable et très bien située. Fonctionnelle avec place de parking . Crozon et la presqu’île valent vraiment le détour!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, komplett eingezäunt was super ist mit Hund, der sehr willkommen war. Absolute Privatsphäre. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sehr gute Lage, 5 Min. zu Fuss ins Zentrum und 20 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand (dort hat es aber auch genügend Parkplätze). Es hat uns super gut gefallen!

Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est !

Les efforts de décoration ne suffisent pas toujours à cacher la vétusté d'un bricolage maison. Certes l'accueil est agréable mais le logement mériterait d'être fortement revu (exiguïté des toilettes, cabine de douche d'un autre temps, fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir, ...). Pensez à prendre une éponge et vos produits d'entretien, il n'y en a pas ! Et éviter le wifi, vous payez pour les autres ... Bref vous avez compris : ce n'est pas parce que c'est situé à Crozon qu'on peut tout se permettre.

Logement bien situé dans la presqu'île de Crozon mais dont les sanitaires laissent à désirer (exigus et en mauvais état). La 2e chambre est divisée en deux de 5 m² avec des couchages étroits. La pièce de vie est agréable. Environnement bruyant dans la journée en raison d'une rue passante. Trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée.

Bon séjour

Maison agréable bien positionnée et bien aménagée. Le seul petit bémol est la table et les perchoirs qui servent de siège. Cette mode des sièges de bar est désagréable.

Venus pour faire le tour de la presqu’île de Crozon, ce logement était idéal pour nous. À trois adultes, nous avions la place nécessaire. Tout est conçu pour pouvoir cuisiner même s’il n’y a qu’un mini-four. Nous reviendrons volontiers si l’occasion se présente. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible au moindre besoin.

Französische Gelassenheit

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen und im Außenbereich hätte man vielleicht mehr Grünschnitt aus Platzgründen aus- führen können. Ansonsten war alles Ok.

bon rapport prix de la location/confort bon emplacement dans CROZON par rapport au commerces et plages. il serait souhaitable de mettre une rôtissoire plus grande et plus récente et surtout un parasol plus grand, couvrant la table de jardin.

Top

Eine sehr schön und zweckmäig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Küchengeräte vollständig und reichlich vorhanden, gut funktionierender Grill im Garten, schöne Terasse. Zum Einkaufen muß man fahren (Crozon oder Morgat), zum Strand ebenfalls. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
