The accommodation has shaded parking directly on the property, practical and secure.

Inside, the house offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional pantry, as well as a bright living room opening onto a terrace sheltered from the sun, ideal for sharing your meals outside.

The first bedroom is equipped with two 80x190 single beds, which can be joined into a double bed according to your needs.

The other two bedrooms each have a 140x190 double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped: appliances, crockery, kitchen utensils, everything is there to prepare your meals just like at home.

The adjoining cellar includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, storage spaces, as well as ironing facilities.

Outside, a 1800 m² garden invites you to relax and socialise, with:
- A ping-pong table,
- A shaded dining area,
- Relaxation areas with hammock and deckchairs.

Finally, you can enjoy an intimate pool area, without vis-à-vis, for moments of calm and freshness in complete serenity.
