Hard to find two-bedroom, first-floor end-unit overlooking the canal and pool!



Within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, and shopping in Olde Marco, including just steps away from the famous Snook Inn!



This condo also has a boat dock right outside of the condo, and it’s available to use, but it must be reserved in advance.



This condo has 2 King Adjustable beds and a pull-out couch.

We also provide beach chairs and a small beach cooler, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.

This property needs an absolute overhaul! To begin with, it’s an older complex and the buildings need renovations. The condo stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture was gross and worn out. The beds were absolutely horrible! The place was dark and dank. The shower door had no seal on the bottom so the water just ran out everywhere. The televison in the living room did not work. No direct communication from owner. Just what seemed to be automated through VRBO. I sent a message asking a couple questions and never received a response from the owner. Will never stay at this place again.

Interesting that the smell of smoke is mentioned, since this is a non-smoking property, and so is the entire property. It makes the rest of your review hard to believe. I also provide my personal cell phone number to you, and I'm available by phone or text at any time. And many guests message me about what kind of beds we have, as they want to purchase them for their homes. The television works just perfectly, hasn't had a single guest complain about it, and this condo is booked very frequently. Frankly, outside of mid-week summers, it's booked nearly every day and not a single mention of the TV not working, but I went there today, and it's working just fine.

Text messages giving us information and specifics about check in, check out, door codes, parking, etc. were clear and greatly appreciated.
