The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

The cozy and pleasant maritime furnished apartment Albatros in the 2. The upper floor of the Ferienresidenz Haus Meeresblick can accommodate 2 to 3 persons and has a furnished balcony. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and extra TV. There, an additional baby cot can be provided. In the living area there is a TV and a radio, as well as a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for a third person. Person can be used. The kitchenette is harmoniously integrated into this room. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. In this apartment you are welcome to bring your dog. If you arrive by car, you can book a paid underground parking space with us.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
