Kölp - Block`s Ferienhäuschen - Holiday home Block

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The holiday house (about 12 square meters) is located between Achterwasser and Baltic Sea in the district Kölpinsee. 

Cottage block:
The cottage (12 sqm) is located on a well-kept quiet land on which also stands the home of the landlord. It is lovingly furnished with a bed, sofa, TV-Sat, radio, mini kitchen and complete crockery and shower WC, terrace in front of the house with seating, bed linen is included, please bring towelsDistance to the EDEKA market 250 m, to the train station 300 m, to the beach about 1,5 kmWe are looking forward to your visit!

Gut erholt!

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und föllig ausreichend, war ja den ganzen tag unterwegs und für den abend bzw die nacht, brauchte ich nicht mehr! Es war oder wäre alles da gewesen was nötig ist!

Einmal reicht

Wer absolut keinen Wert auf Komfort legt, ist hier richtig. Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um eine Gartenhütte, die in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus der Vermieter steht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. In der "Küche" findet man an Besteck etc. nur ein ausrangiertes Sammelsurium, es gibt nicht mal eine kleine Pfanne, in der man sich vielleicht ein Spiegelei braten könnte. Die Dusche ist ein Relikt aus längst vergangenen Zeiten. Der Spiegelschrank stammt aus DDR-Zeiten (ich hatte den vor 40 Jahren auch) und war auch nicht mehr ganz intakt. WLAN gibt's natürlich nicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut, man ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und auch sonst im Ort oder in der Nähe alles, was man braucht.
