Enjoy the gorgeous sunset in this beautiful 3/2 condo ~ OW9-305
Take your next vacation in this tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Nestled in building 9 and situated on the 3rd floor, you can enjoy basking in the sun or catching a beautiful sunset as you enjoy watching the estuary from the private balcony. Carpet and tile throughout. You will feel right at home here as this unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with plenty of seating for everyone and also offers additional seating at the kitchen counter. The living room has lots of seating with a sofa, a love seat, a chair, and a 55-inch Smart TV with access to the balcony with a view of the pond.
The master suite offers a king-size bed, 40-inch Smart TV, walk-in closet, access to the balcony, and a private master bath with his/her sinks, jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen and twin size bed and 45 inch TV and the 3rd bedroom features a queen size bed and a 46 inch TV. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This unit also includes some beach equipment including 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a beach cart for those fun beach days.
Additional amenities include WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer, and all linens are supplied. (drip & Keurig coffee pot) (Ninja Air Fryer)
