About this property

Remodeled home walking distance to Canal St.

Enjoy historic downtown New Smyrna at our fully renovated duplex. We are a 2 minute walk from Canal Street and the inter coastal, and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We provide towels and toilet paper for the bathroom. We provide a starter kit of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. We have beach towels available for your use. We have internet and both TV's( in living room and bedroom) are smart TVs.

Please note; We have enough beds to sleep 6 people. However, we do not have a kitchen table to seat 6. There are 4 bar stools at the island and also 3 moveable side tables in the living room that can be used to eat on.

Amazing duplex

Wonderful little home in the heart of downtown New Symrna. Very clean and decorated so cute. Minutes to the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Comfortable and great location

Very cute remodeled two bedroom house. It has a nice size fenced backyard which was great because we were traveling with our two dogs. The house is very comfortable and the location is great. It is walking distance to Canal Street which has lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We came into town for the Daytona Coke, zero 400. We showed up at the home at 4 o’clock. The directions were very easy and the lock box was easily accessible. The house was extremely clean and very well kept.

Property is located in a great location, walking distance to Canal Street with shops and restaurants. Newly renovated two bedroom with big kitchen and living room. it is next-door to a church that runs a soup kitchen. There were no issues, but there is a lot of foot traffic.

We arrived at the property a little late and it was super dark. Very difficult to find the lockbox as there were no lights, and we had to use our cellphones. Maybe install a motion sensor outside light? Once in- the unit is clean and very nicely decorated. Comfy beds and upscale appliances. Had difficultly making the washing machine work on our way out. The church next door is a negative, but the overall location is primo.

Bike Week Visit

As advertised. It was clean, plenty of space. It was an easy, quick walk to Canal street-which is very cute. Soaps and shampoo are not provided for the shower, so make certain to bring your own.

Nice place with a difficult situation next door

The property was adjacent to a homeless shelter/soup kitchen which created vagrant traffic all hours of the night and created safety concerns for us my wife was afraid to go out out in rear yard at night after being approached by a man who appeared intoxicated and made lewd aggressive comments To her. The place itself was very nice otherwise.
