Charming and well located from gare and downtown (10 mins walk) adjacent to rue des teinturiers. Typical french apartment, well appointed with kitchen and even a laundry machine and detergent. Comfortable to American standards. However, we couldn’t figure how to work the stove top and believe it was not working. Other downsides are: the 2 flights of somewhat steep stairs that can be a challenge for persons with mobility issues; there was also a small leak on the roof that dropped water in the kitchen when it rains heavily, and issues with mosquitos despite being on an elevated floor. I cannot assess the functioning of the AC or the laundry machine as we did not use them. There is a laundry place next to it also. Despite the negatives, I’m recommending it as it gives a nice South of France lodging experience with amenities, cleanliness and spacious comfort.
