Beautiful Property

Really great property for us and our two younger kids. Huge back and front yard. Nice location as we were going to Legoland and Oceanside beach. Property owner was very responsive.

Lovely, lush getaway

An updated two-bedroom house with flowering bushes and fruit trees in both the backyard and front yard. Pictures don't show how big the house/property is. Big island in the kitchen with every amenity you could want/need. We loved our stay here, from the quiet neighborhood to the huge comfy couch to the kid swing out front to the beautiful bath/shower. Twin bed mattresses were a bit hard, but other than that everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again. Only a short drive to the beach as well.

Welcome, we are California natives and have lived in Oceanside for nearly 30 years. We love it here but also enjoy traveling. We would like to see more of Spain and Italy. Attention to the little details is important to us, we look forward to hosting you.

Why they chose this property

We are located in the ideal spot. Halfway between San Diego downtown and Orange County. Visitors can get to amusement parks within an hour. Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Zoo are all close. North San Diego County has much to offer, beaches with sunbathing, water sports, sport fishing and more. Hiking, biking, skydiving are all minutes away. And the weather is perfect year round.

What makes this property unique

The front covered patio is amazing. The 15ft long table allows for not only a perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal but a great place to play a board game. The comfy couch is a favorite nap spot after and page or two from your current read. So many swings, four for kids and a hanging swing for 2 or 3. Four oversized handmade rocking chairs make a great spot for taking a moment with your thoughts and maybe a glass of wine. That is just the front yard. The backyard has a charming breakfast setup for morning coffee and an another area for watching the sunset. There are fruit trees galore and many varieties of flowering plants. The sculpture garden is the best place. Inside my favorite area is the enormous island, perfect for a baking day with family or hosting friends for dinner.
