I stayed at this property with six girlfriends and it was fantastic. Every detail you can think of for a VRBO has been considered. Two kinds of coffee makers, tons of towels, and extra linens. Really great for a large group 2 kitchens and three sitting areas/gathering places, An incredible roof deck. For a Newport visit there is no better location.

The property exceeded our expectations. All 5 en suite bedrooms were a good size and well decorated. Kitchens were well equipped and spacious. But the sitting room and terrace/deck on the top floor were the standout out feature - perfect for entertaining and sundowners. We would certainly return to this house.

This is a beautifully updated and spacious home in the perfect location. It is spotless, well stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay and is just minutes away from Thames Street. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Wow! Beautiful house! Great location! Excellent all around. 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 kitchens. So much room to spread out. We really enjoyed the roof top deck.

Newport Gem!Perfect location for Newport girl’s trip! This has to be one of our favorite places to stay. The home has been restored with attention to every detail and convenience. We appreciated everything from the heated bathroom floors to the picturesque upper deck where we had morning coffee and lovely drinks watching the evening sunset. The home is walking distance to almost everything we had planned. Great communication with Sean also. We hope to return some day.

The house was furnished nicely, clean and very comfortable. The only issue we had we never received the code to access the house. It took about 45 minutes to get and we had a welcome party to get to. I would definitely recommend this house except for that one problem.

We loved our stay! This house was perfectly set up for our group. There was plenty of space to spread out and mostly importantly enough bathrooms where people felt they had plenty of privacy. Steps away from all the shopping and dining we planned for, the location couldn’t be better. Sean was a great host. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed here recently with 4 adults. We did encounter a few issues but the hosts addressed them within a day or two. The property really is lovely. Freshly remodeled and in a great central location. It was a bit early in the season to spend much time outside but the top floor balcony would be a great place to hang and entertain n warmer weather. Definitely recommend this place when in Newport.

This home was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the rooms were clean and very comfortably furnished. The location couldn't be beat...very close to restaurants and shops. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded immediately to an issue that we experienced (one of the smoke alarms needed a change of batteries). I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Newport.
